Nick bet me $100 about a song in our friends wedding last summer. I spent my winnings on something I’ve been eyeing ever since I knew we’d have this awesome pool to splash around in. Water aerobics gear!
I promise that I really did buy a legit set of water weights, ankle cuffs, and a jogging belt. BUT, I also saw online some fun exercies that required nothing more than a beach ball.
Otter rolls are basically the most fun exercise move I have ever done. I was actually giggling the entire time.
You take a plank position and hold the ball with your arms extended down to your hips. Then, you keep your plank as tight as possible while rolling over to the left, then to the right. I did about 50 rolls on each side. I was lovin it!
Yeah, I’m a dork! Whatever! I also did a whole routine, going off what I remember from water aerobics in the gym.
Back at home, it was time to watch some football and enjoy this little discovery:
I’m actually really paying attention to the football games. We’ve got a fantasy football league with some of our close friends and I intend to do better than last year!
