This morning, I enjoyed a slice of the yummy quiche I made.
So delicious! The egg part turned out perfectly and was super fluffy and light. A winner! I want to be making quiche or egg dishes on the weeked so I can have a health but super fast breakfast before work during the week. Goal. Set.
Next it was time for some very necessary yoga. I’ve been so stiff since that long drive out here (I think it ended up being like 18 hours!) – even hottubing hasn’t relaxed my aching muscles. Time to get a move on!
I did Yoga Sculpt on ExerciseTV.com. It was the second time through this sequence for me and I’ve got to say, its a tough one. The first time I was really struggling. This time was easier because I knew where she was going with the sequences but its still pretty fast paced and challenging.
I might not have my yoga mat yet (still waiting on the movers!) but I definetly can’t complain about the view. Especially when it’s decorated:
This is the third hot air balloon we have seen in the valley since we arrived less than two weeks ago. Living in Everett, we saw the balloons over the Snohomish valley all the time. To me, this is just one more sign that we are in the right place and its one more thing that makes this location just a little more like home
