Okay so maybe a misleading post title because there are lunches in here too BUT seriously you guys these breakfasts were fan-flippin-tabulous. My favorite? The pineapple CHO with strawberries – you gotta try it!
I started sharing my meals with you all last week – showing what I pack for breakfast and lunch (because I eat both at the office). I know it is hard to take the time to pack a lunch and it is incredibly easy to fall into a routine of going out each day or packing crap food just because it’s “easy.” I’m making a big effort to eat healthy and save money by packing my food along. Maybe you’ll get some ideas to pack your own
Breakfast: Oatmeal with chia seeds and freeze dried strawberries. Lemon Chobani on the side.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with frozen blueberries and blackberries – can you spot the Thrive Tonic? I try to take it everyday at breakfast but sometimes I forget until lunch time.
Breakfast: Buckwheat with blueberries and walnuts (lots of omega 3s and antioxidants!!) also Pineapple Chobani with sliced strawberries is the best combination of all time!
Lunch: Rigatoni noodles with arugula, guacamole and lime juice alongside leftover Spicy Peanut Chicken.
Breakfast: Zone Perfect bar “Strawberry Yogurt” flavor alongside a Raspberry Chobani – eaten on the train – I was hungry!
Lunch: Exact same thing as Wednesday See my kindle?? I read during my lunch break and it is a great way to spend a half hour or so and completely turn my brain off from work during that time. I’m currently reading Five Quarter’s of an Orange – so good!
