** Items in Bold have been completed and are linked to a complete workout description where appropriate. Items that are not bold are on the training schedule provided by Hal Higdon. I try to stick to the schedule for the most part but it is hard to have access to a pool on all of the designated swim days which necessitates a little wiggle room.
