Unfortunately, the Thursday of race week, I got in a car accident and will not be competing in my scheduled triathlon. Instead, I’ll be going to physical therapy and hoping to be back to training and preparing for the March indoor tri. Wish me luck!
** Items in Bold have been completed and are linked to a complete workout description where appropriate. Items that are not bold are on the training schedule provided by Hal Higdon. I try to stick to the schedule for the most part but it is hard to have access to a pool on all of the designated swim days which necessitates a little wiggle room.
