My Chobani Kitchen

Chobani Greek Yogurt has a great section of their website called The Chobani Kitchen. There, you can find recipes from their in-house chefs, along with tips for subbing in Greek yogurt for just about anything. They even have a fancy substitution chart to make it that much easier. But by far, my favorite part is that you (yes, you) can upload your own recipes and fun creations here as well. The cool folks over at CHO even have boards and boards of recipes over on pinterest filled with recipes that have been submitted in this fashion.

A while back, I asked Family Practice readers to drop me a line with foods/recipes they thought would be a “challenge” to convert into healthy, protein packed alternatives. The winner, Kari, received a prize pack of yogurt from Chobani as well as the creation of her recipe challenge. The result? Anaheim Pepper Creamy Potato Soup.

I had so much fun reading through the suggestions and working out recipes, that I’ve decided to devote an entire page to those recipes. On this page you will find my response recipes to each of the challenge suggestions (as I work through them) as well as the Chobani recipes I’ve done in the past. All in one easy spot.

I’d love to keep the momentum rolling, so if you have a challenge feel free to dare me in the comments section below. If you include your email in that form field, I’ll be sure to reply when you’re recipe is posted.**
